It all depends on your needs
Staff were attentive, ensuring every detail for the wedding was perfect! The grounds were picturesque.
Cleanliness issues impacted our stay, particularly with dirty carpets and a need for maintenance in several areas. Some dining experiences left much to be desired, especially with limited vegetarian options.

The Hall was full of history. The grounds were well kept with horses and pigs. It was a family run hotel.
The bed was uncomfortable.

Right place for exploring Mallow. Good lighting in the room. The breakfast was included and had plenty of meals.

The outdated decor is pretty noticeable, especially in the rooms, which could use a fresh update. There were some cleanliness issues too, with dirty carpets affecting the overall feel. Bathroom maintenance is lacking. The shower had a leaky partition, which dampened the experience. The dining area can get cramped, leading to longer wait times during peak meal hours.

The hotel boasts beautifully decorated common areas that radiate old country house charm.
Unfortunately, the breakfast area often felt overcrowded, leading to a long wait for tables and a less enjoyable dining experience.

Cute staff and lovely grounds
The staff were friendly. I loved the picturesque grounds, perfect for a family outing. The coffee served at breakfast could definitely use some improvement, as it wasn't up to par with my expectations.

The service was great, the food was excellent. It was spotless, good enough for a peaceful break. The staff were pleasant and exceptional and offered guidance. The location was stunning for traveling around Mallow, really close to nature, and California.
Well, the area was quite poor overall.

The hotel is very quiet and peaceful, and very comfortable.
This is not a hotel for business travellers, and whilst it clearly states that wi-fi is available in all bedrooms and throughout the hotel, this was not the case. While I was staying it was not available at all, which impacted my ability to deliver to work commitments.

From the hotel grounds to the reception area to the bedrooms there is nothing that I could find fault with in this hotel. All was exceelent and the food including cooked breakfast was excellent. You could truly 'recommend this hotel to a friend'. And finally the value, fantastic! And of course the staff were very friendly and excellent
I have not one complaint to record. This is a a very good holel
